Stephen has over 30 years experience working in the pavement industry on both roads and airports, organising  and managing network surveys and Pavement Management Systems, throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, Middle East and Far East.

As CEO - International Operations, Stephen is tasked of introducing the Multi Speed Deflectometer and other services GeoSolve offer into the international market.

Outside of work, Stephen is a keen Table Tennis player; coaching kids, the Special Olympics Team, and adults.
